Representations of Finite Groups

We will cover the basic of representation theory of finite groups. Denitions and basic properties. Reducibility, Schur’s Lemma. Tensor products. Characters, conjugacy classes and projection formulas. Semidirect products and induced representations. Simmetric groups, Young diagrams. Frobenius Character formula.
