ABOUT THE AUTHOR
César R. de Oliveira
He was born in Patrocínio (MG), was raised in São Paulo (SP), and studied at USP. He has been working on mathematical physics, in particular on mathematical problems of the quantum mechanics, he published scientific papers and a book on the subject.
He wrote the textbook “Física em Ação: Mecânica”, for high school students, which was published in CD-ROM by EdUFSCar, with animations, numerical routines, etc. He was visiting professor at Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy) and at the University of British Columbia (Canada). He likes to spend his free time with his family and, besides appreciating wine, he has the good taste to be a supporter of the Santos soccer club.
