On the final day of the International Mathematics Congress, August 9, the ICM 2018 Facebook page will host three special live interviews, recorded in the ICM press room studio:

Join us online today to get to know:

• Marcelo Viana, Director General of IMPA (Brazilian Pure and Applied Mathematics Association)
• Constantinos Daskalakis, 2018 Nevanlinna Medal winner
• Étienne Ghys,  Honorary IMPA researcher and first winner of the Clay Award for Dissemination of Mathematical Knowledge

At 9 am, the director general of IMPA, Marcelo Viana, will look back on ICM 2018.

From 11 am, the guest will be Constantinos Daskalakis, winner of the 2018 Nevanlinna Medal.

Then at noon, we’ll be talking to Étienne Ghys, Honorary IMPA researcher and first winner of the Clay Award for Dissemination of Mathematical Knowledge
