Saturday June 22: A car will be waiting at the exit gate of Terminal 1 from 5:30am. This car will be leaving the airport near 6:30-7am. The driver will be holding a sign saying “Symmetries in Math. and Phys. II”. We only have information of two participants arriving at this time so the departure time is a little bit flexible. If you plan to arrive at this time you can catch this car.
Sunday June 23:
1) Two cars will be waiting at the arrivals gate of terminal 1 from 5:30am. These cars will be leaving the airport near 6:30-7am. The drivers will be holding a sign saying “Symmetries in Math. and Phys. II”. We only have information few participants arriving at this time so the departure time is a little bit flexible. Please note if you’re arriving in flight JJ8079 this is not your gate.
2) A van will be waiting at the arrivals gate of terminal 2 from 9:00am. The driver will be holding a sign saying “Symmetries in Math. and Phys. II”. This van will depart at 11:00am to give time for people to do customs and get their luggage.
3) A Van will be waiting at the arrivals gate of terminal 2 from 3:00pm. The driver will be holding a sign saying “Symmetries in Math. and Phys. II”. This van will depart at 4pm to give time for people to do customs and get their luggage. Please note if you’re arriving in flight AR1252 this is not your gate.
