The classes will take place from July 22 to 26, 2024, virtually and will be broadcast on IMPA’s YouTube channel.
There will be two types of participation to be defined at the time of application. See the descriptions below and select the option you want.
1- Participation
Teachers who select this option will only watch this edition remotely. The teacher must access IMPA’s YouTube, watch the lessons posted daily (22-25/07), solve the 6 exercises proposed each day and send the answers on the same day via an electronic form, which they will receive via the e-mail address registered in our institutional system. At the end of this edition, the teacher will be entitled to a certificate of participation if he/she sends in the 4 forms within the specified time limit and obtains 2/3 (or more) correct answers.
2- Participation with performance
The teacher who selects this option will attend this edition in hybrid form. The teacher must attend the test in person on Friday, July 26, at the location selected for the test at the time of application, in addition to accessing IMPA’s YouTube and watching the classes posted daily (July 22-25), solving the 6 exercises proposed each day and sending the answers on the same day via an electronic form that they will receive via their registration email in our institutional system.
The face-to-face assessment will take place on July 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:40 a.m., at the center chosen by the teacher at the time of application.
The teacher’s score in this modality will be the sum of the number of correct answers to the daily questions (maximum 24 points) and the discursive test score (maximum 76 points). If this score is greater than or equal to 60, the teacher will be entitled to a certificate of participation with performance and their score will be recorded on the certificate.

- From Monday to Thursday, 02 classes will be available at 09h on IMPA’s YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@impabr
- The list of exercises and the answer form will be sent to the e-mail address registered in the system every day at 09:00 Brasília time. The form must be answered within 24 hours, Brasília time, of each day. This response will count as attendance and therefore a certificate will be issued.
- If any students have questions about the subjects, they should send them in by Thursday 25/07/2024 at 2pm for the teachers to analyze. The selected questions will be answered on Friday 26/07.
