The Women in Science and Innovation program is now accepting applications.
If you are a researcher in the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), have developed something innovative in science and/or technology, and wish to become an entrepreneur, this is your chance. Applications for the "Women in Science and Innovation" training program are open until June 30th .
As a result of a partnership between the British Council and the Museum of Tomorrow, the training will be offered as a free, full-time course from August 26th to 31st. The goal is to strengthen female leadership in science and technology-based innovation. The course will take place at the Museum of Tomorrow, Praça Mauá, downtown Rio de Janeiro.

The 35 selected researchers will be exposed to concepts of business model structuring, branding, intellectual property law, and entrepreneurial behavior.
The two participants who demonstrate the greatest potential for success will participate in a ten-day internship in the United Kingdom in February 2020, at institutions or companies related to the subject of the innovation.
