OBMEP at School brings together 160 teachers in Florianópolis.

Evento acontece nos dias 10 e 11 de novembro

When designing a mathematical problem, it is necessary to think about how to motivate students to see numbers as issues to be worked on and solved. To make teaching more attractive and encourage the exchange of knowledge, mathematics teachers from all over the country have been meeting since Sunday (10), in Florianópolis (SC), to participate in the OBMEP at School Program.

Conducted by IMPA with the support of the Brazilian Mathematical Society, the program's main goal is to assist in the training of public school teachers through in-depth studies and the exchange of experiences in schools. The idea is to promote meetings between award-winning professionals from OBMEP and teachers through courses and lectures.
