Math whiz celebrates after winning medal.

Student Eduardo Quirino, who was part of the Brazilian team at the 7th Mathematics Olympiad of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP), held in Porto, Portugal, was featured in a report on "DFTV 2nd Edition," on TV Globo.

After winning silver in the tournament, the 14-year-old was greeted with great celebration by friends and family at Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport in Brasília (DF). Already a medalist in national scientific competitions, this was his first international achievement. Watch the report:
