INCTMat opens applications for postdoctoral fellowships.

Applications are open for postdoctoral fellowships in the areas of Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics, offered by the National Institute of Science and Technology of Mathematics (INCTMat) through CNPq (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development). Applications are open until July 31st.

The initiative will allocate a monthly amount of R $ 4,100.00, in addition to a bench fee of R $ 400.00 per month, according to the CNPq table. Up to 14 scholarships will be offered for postgraduate programs with CAPES grades 5, 6, and 7. The start of activities should be between October 2022 and December 2022, with a duration of 12 months.

To apply, interested parties must submit their application through the candidate's supervisor to the email address inctmat@impa.br . Applications submitted directly by candidates will not be considered. Applications will be reviewed by the INCTMat Management Committee and the results will be announced by September 26, 2022.
