IMPA opens vacancy for adjunct professor (IMPA Tech)

IMPA is holding an open selection process to fill a vacancy for a 20h adjunct professor in the Academic Management sector (IMPA Tech). Applications are open until February 22nd. Access the public notice here.

To apply for the position, the candidate must hold a doctorate, with work in an area related to Computer Science, Data Science or Applied Mathematics; declare to know and respect the precepts established in IMPA’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, and be able to teach Programming subjects.

The contract is CLT, face-to-face, from 8am to 12pm, Monday to Friday, at IMPA Tech. The salary is R$ 8,874.34; in addition to meal and/or food vouchers, transportation vouchers, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy) and childcare assistance.

The main duties and responsibilities of the position are: teaching Programming 1; participating in the other activities of the undergraduate program, such as mentoring undergraduate students, complementary activities and extension activities.
