IMPA opens two more selection processes.

Selection for Administrative Analyst: IMPA has an open position for an Administrative Analyst 1. Professionals with a higher education degree in psychology, pedagogy, administration, human resources, or related fields may apply. Experience in career guidance; recruitment and selection; project management, among other prerequisites, is also required. Applications for the selection process are open until December 20th. Check the notice here. The hired individual will be based in the Careers and Internships sector of IMPA Tech. The employment regime is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a workload of 40 hours per week, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, in the Portuária region. The salary is R$ 5,282.50; in addition to meal and/or food vouchers, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and parking. The main responsibilities of the position are: to offer individualized career guidance to students about their careers, helping them identify their interests, skills, and values; Support in administering vocational and personality tests to assist in career choice; provide information on different professions, the job market, and career opportunities; create and implement internship, trainee, and professional development programs; organize workshops, lectures, and job fairs to connect students with companies; among others. The main responsibilities of the position are: to conceive, develop, and execute Mathematics Dissemination projects; to manage and execute social events promoted by the Institute's Directorate; to administratively manage and promote the IMPA Journalism Award Event in collaboration with the Press Office; to create, plan, and produce mathematics popularization activities aimed at the general public, such as schools, universities, institutes, and families; to manage the systems adopted by the CDM (Mathematics Dissemination Coordination); to monitor the coordination's goals, among others.
