IMPA opens selection process for the position of legal advisor.
IMPA has opened a selection process for the hiring of a Legal Advisor 1. Applications for the position are open until July 7th. To be eligible for the position, candidates must have a completed law degree; active OAB registration (to be proven upon hiring); intermediate English; interest in working as a generalist; and prior experience compatible with the responsibilities of the position in an internal legal department or law firm.
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Legal Department. The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law) regime, in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 3,999.62, plus meal and/or food allowance, medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and parking.

The main responsibilities of the position are: to file, scan, and organize legal documents; to register and update information in spreadsheets and internal systems, such as Protheus and Zeev; to request, verify, and control the sending of documentation by third parties; to conduct research on doctrine, jurisprudence, and legislation; to support the preparation and review of various legal documents, including corporate acts, procedural documents, notifications, powers of attorney, requests, reports, and internal regulations; to analyze, prepare, and review legal instruments of various natures and different degrees of difficulty; to monitor and support the offices responsible for judicial and administrative actions and to carry out due diligence in various public offices.
