IMPA opens selection process for administrative analyst.
IMPA opened this Friday (4) a selection process for Administrative Analyst 1. To compete for the position, the candidate must have a degree in administration, pedagogy or related fields; experience in the area of administration and/or logistics; basic English; office package; and availability to travel. Those interested in the position have until April 17 to apply. The result will be announced on May 5. Check the notice here.
The hired individual will be assigned to the Academic Extension Programs area. The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a workload of 40 hours per week, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 6,051.75, plus meal and/or food allowance, transportation allowance, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), and childcare assistance.

The main responsibilities of the position are: providing assistance to the general public; assisting in the preparation of academic program reports; managing academic systems; creating and controlling spreadsheets; organizing and controlling the area's files; and interacting with students and faculty.
