IMPA opens selection process for administrative analyst position.


IMPA has opened a selection process for the position of
Administrative Analyst 1. To apply for the position, it is essential to have or be pursuing a higher education degree in Administration or Management Processes and advanced knowledge of the Office suite, especially Word and Excel. The hired candidate will be based in the Operational Infrastructure Coordination of IMPA.

The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), with a 40-hour work week, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 3,524.79, with benefits such as medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy); childcare allowance; parking; and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position include monitoring building maintenance, reception, cleaning, telephony, security, and purchasing services; preparing reports with key performance indicators (KPIs); controlling payments related to the area; contacting service recipients to validate service execution, among others.

Experience working in the third sector, especially with non-profit entities and social organizations, is desirable; experience and knowledge in facilities management activities and a basic level of spoken and written English are also required. A degree in administration or management processes is a plus.

Candidates will be pre-selected based on an analysis of submitted documents. Those selected for the second stage will be notified by email by the Human Resources Department. Following this, those selected will undergo a written test, a logical reasoning test, an Excel test, and an individual interview. Results will be published on the IMPA website, and the successful candidate is expected to begin work in July.
