IMPA opens selection process for Administrative Analyst position.

IMPA has opened applications for the position of Administrative Analyst 1. To be eligible, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Library Science, intermediate English skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Experience in the responsibilities of the position is a plus. Candidates can apply until July 31st.

The successful candidate will be assigned to the library coordination office. The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), with a 40-hour work week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,821.00, with benefits such as medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy), childcare allowance, parking, and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position include providing in-person and remote support to users and registering them in the system, creating and managing spreadsheets in Excel, restocking books on shelves, entering received fascicles into the system and preparing them for binding, among other tasks.

There will be a pre-selection of candidates based on the analysis of submitted documents. Those selected for the second stage of the selection process will be notified by email by the IMPA human resources department. Those selected will then proceed through the following stages: curriculum analysis, intermediate Excel test, Portuguese writing test, and individual interview.

The list of qualified candidates will be available on the IMPA website, ranked according to their final score, on August 1st. The final results will be released on August 8th, and the expected start date for activities is August 15th, 2022.
