IMPA opens selection process for administrative analyst and IT specialist.
IMPA opened two selection processes this Friday (28) to fill vacancies for administrative analyst 1 and IT specialist 1 available at IMPA Tech. Applications for the positions will be accepted until December 10 and 11 respectively. Check below for details of each vacancy.
Administrative Analyst 1
To participate in the selection process, candidates must have a degree in Administration or related fields; experience in administrative work, assisting students and faculty; intermediate-level Excel skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Applications are open until December 10th.
The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,620.54, plus meal and/or food allowance, transportation allowance, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and TotalPass (health insurance).
The main responsibilities of the position are: assisting candidates; monitoring the registration system; verifying documentation; student enrollment; assisting and monitoring students; managing the academic system; issuing reports, transcripts, and diplomas; interaction between students and faculty; in addition to other activities related to the Undergraduate Secretariat.

IT Specialist 1
To participate in the selection process, candidates must have completed higher education in Information Technology or related fields; experience in IT support in a business environment and in the maintenance of desktops, notebooks, and printers. The professional will be based in the IT Support sector at IMPA Tech. Applications will be open until December 11th.
The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,620.54, plus meal and/or food vouchers, transportation allowance, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and TotalPass (health insurance).
The main responsibilities of the position are: providing level 1 technical support to all IMPA Tech end users (external and internal clients); receiving, registering, and acting on incident and service requests using the call management system; providing on-site, remote (Teamviewer), telephone, and chat support to users; diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems; installing and configuring Windows, Linux, and other operating systems necessary for the proper functioning of the site; customizing Linux Ubuntu environment routines; creating OS images to automate installations; among other activities.
