IMPA opens selection process for administrative analyst.

IMPA opened this Monday (14) a selection process for hiring an administrative analyst 1 and a legal advisor 1. Check below the prerequisites for each vacancy and the registration deadlines.

Administrative Analyst 1 / Applications until August 24th

To be eligible for this position, you must have a degree in pedagogy; experience in the field of school education; knowledge of Microsoft Office; and availability for travel.

The successful candidate will be assigned to the Academic Extension Programs area. The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a weekly workload of 40 hours, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 5,086.16 and the position includes benefits such as medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare allowance, parking, and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position are: planning the inclusion of students who need psycho-pedagogical support in OBMEP academic programs and events; administrative management of academic systems; preparation of administrative and psycho-pedagogical reports; assistance to students and teachers of OBMEP academic programs; support for the coordination activities.

Ideally, the candidate should have a completed or ongoing specialization in clinical and institutional psychopedagogy; experience in school mediation; and basic English.

Legal Advisor 1 – Applications until August 24th

To be eligible for the position, candidates must have a completed law degree; an active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) (to be proven upon hiring); intermediate English skills; an interest in working as a generalist; and prior experience compatible with the responsibilities of the position in an internal legal department or law firm.

The successful candidate will be based in the Legal Department. The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law) regime, in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 3,850.98 and the position includes benefits such as medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy), childcare allowance, parking, and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position are: registering and updating information in spreadsheets and internal systems, such as Protheus and Zeev; requesting, verifying, and controlling the sending of documentation by third parties; conducting research on doctrine, jurisprudence, and legislation; assisting in the preparation and review of various legal documents, including corporate acts, procedural documents, notifications, powers of attorney, requests, reports, and internal regulations; carrying out errands in various public offices, among other responsibilities.

Ideally, the candidate should have specialization and/or experience in the area of Public Law with an emphasis on bidding processes, administrative contracts, or the third sector; proficiency in Microsoft Office; specialization and/or experience in the area of Private Law with an emphasis on contracts or civil liability; and knowledge of the Protheus and/or Zeev systems.
