IMPA opens selection process for Administrative Analyst 1 position.
IMPA is selecting a candidate for the position of Administrative Analyst 1. To apply for the position, it is essential to have a completed higher education degree in administration, social communication, or public relations; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency in social media; intermediate English; among other requirements. Applications are open until July 9th.
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Mathematics Dissemination area. The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,622.98, plus meal and/or food allowance, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and parking.

IMPA has two open positions for researchers.
The main responsibilities of the position include serving internal and external clients, producing texts in Portuguese and English, requesting and controlling supplier payments, preparing reports and documents inherent to the area, managing spreadsheets in Excel, providing administrative support, assisting in entering and updating data in the internal system and on the institution's webpage, organizing outreach activities/events, organizing meetings and minutes, organizing and controlling the area's files, monitoring the opening of calls for proposals to raise funds for outreach events, accounting for grants and fundraising resources, and collaborating in the preparation of commercial proposals and the development of sales strategies.
Ideally, the candidate should have knowledge of project management tools and financial routines, experience in creating reports, dashboards, and pivot tables using formulas, experience using the Protheus ERP system and the WordPress tool, experience in monitoring administrative processes and negotiating with suppliers and clients, experience with social/third sector organizations, experience in preparing commercial proposals and sales strategies, basic Spanish, be connected to the market, and be a heavy user of technology.
