IMPA opens selection process for Administrative Analyst 1

IMPA has opened a selection process for hiring a professional for the position of Administrative Analyst 1. Applications for the position are open until March 6th. To be eligible for the position, candidates must have a completed higher education degree; advanced English (good writing skills and fluency in dealing with foreigners); knowledge of the Office suite, especially Word and Excel; and sales experience.

The successful candidate will be assigned to the Mathematics Dissemination area. The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,622.97, plus meal and/or food allowance, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and parking.

The main responsibilities of the position are: providing service to internal and external clients; producing texts in Portuguese and English; requesting and controlling supplier payments; preparing reports and documents related to the area; creating and controlling spreadsheets in Excel; supporting administrative tasks; assisting in entering and updating data in the internal system and on the institution's webpage; organizing and controlling the area's files; developing sales strategies; reporting to the coordination/management and finance departments; among other responsibilities.
