IMPA opens selection process for Administrative Analyst 1

IMPA is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Analyst 1. Applications are open until August 17th. Access the announcement here.

To participate in the selection process, the candidate must have completed higher education. Desirable attributes for the position include: experience in institutional and course evaluation processes (SINAES); knowledge of systems used for managing academic information; ability to prepare technical documents and reports; knowledge of process management systems (e.g., e-MEC).

The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,199.60, plus meal and/or food allowance, transportation allowance, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), and childcare assistance.

The main responsibilities of the position are: To monitor and interpret federal, state, and municipal legislation, as well as the rules and guidelines of education regulatory bodies (MEC, CNE, State Education Councils, etc.); To prepare, review, and update institutional documents related to regulation, such as bylaws, regulations, ordinances, and process flows; To prepare technical reports, opinions, and other documents necessary to meet regulatory demands and support management decision-making; To establish and maintain effective communication with representatives of regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries, providing information, and participating in meetings when necessary, among other demands.
