IMPA is selecting a professional for the position of administrative analyst.
IMPA has opened applications for the position of administrative analyst . To be eligible, candidates must have a completed or ongoing degree in Security Management or related fields. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, a technical course in security supervision, and experience in security management in educational institutions are considered advantages. Applications must be submitted by email by November 5th.
The successful candidate will be based at the Operational Infrastructure Coordination office, at IMPA headquarters (Estrada Dona Castorina, 110, Jardim Botânico, South Zone of Rio de Janeiro). The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The salary is R$ 3,081.76; and benefits include medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy), career development plan, childcare allowance, parking, and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position are to oversee the work of the outsourced team and the access of employees and visitors, to create schedules for the security team and to monitor their work performance.
There will be a pre-selection of candidates based on an analysis of the documents submitted with the application. Those who meet the minimum requirements for the position will be contacted by email by the Human Resources Department for the next stage, which involves curriculum analysis, tests, and individual interviews. The results will be available on the IMPA website on November 24th. The selected candidate is expected to begin work on December 1st, 2020.
