IMPA is selecting a professional for an IT specialist position.

IMPA is selecting a candidate for theposition of IT Specialist 1 (29/2022) . To apply for the position, it is essential to have a completed higher education degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related fields, as well as experience in network architecture and design, datacenter, Cisco for Enterprise Network, configuration of Palo Alto firewalls, PFSense, and other minimum requirements. An intermediate level of technical English reading comprehension, knowledge of MPLS, HSRP, STP, eBGP, and iBGP networks, among others, is also desirable. Applications are open until December 29th.

The successful candidate will be based in the Information Technology Management department. The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law) regime, with a work-from-home arrangement, for 40 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 6,311.00 and the position includes benefits such as medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, parking, and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position are the execution, planning, and monitoring of cloud and on-premise services, as well as supporting cloud solutions; documenting the environment for capacity review; creating operational procedures and implementing solutions; and monitoring service deployment.

The list of qualified candidates will be available on January 2nd on the IMPA website, in order of ranking, according to the score obtained.
