IMPA is selecting a professional for a young apprentice position.

IMPA is selecting a candidate for the position of Young Apprentice 1. To apply for the position, it is essential to have intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel. Good oratory and communication skills, organization, good interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, commitment, and proactivity are also desirable.
The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), with a weekly workload of 20 hours, from 1 PM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, in person. The salary is R$ 731.74. Benefits include medical and dental assistance with partial subsidy; childcare allowance; parking; and meal vouchers or food allowance. The hired individual will be assigned to Research Projects.

The main responsibilities of the position include scanning and photocopying documents, entering data into spreadsheets, typing documents, organizing files, delivering documents to various departments within the institution, searching for data on the Internet, and uploading files to digital platforms.

The selection process will be based on curriculum analysis (30 points) and an interview (70 points). Candidates will be pre-selected based on an analysis of submitted documents. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the IMPA website on November 4th. The final results will be available on the IMPA website on November 9th. Activities are scheduled to begin on November 14th.
