IMPA is selecting a professional for a legal advisor position.
IMPA is selecting a candidate for the position of Legal Advisor 3 (notice 30/2022) . To apply for the position, it is essential to have a completed higher education degree in Law; active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced English; prior experience compatible with the responsibilities of the position in an internal legal department or law firm, among other requirements. The successful candidate will be based in the Legal Department of IMPA. The employment contract is under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is R$ 4,380.75 and the position includes benefits such as medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy), childcare allowance, parking, and meal and/or food vouchers.

The main responsibilities of the position include filing, scanning, and organizing legal documents; registering and updating information in spreadsheets and internal systems (e.g., Protheus and Zeev); requesting, verifying, and controlling the sending of documentation by third parties; conducting research on doctrine, jurisprudence, and legislation; assisting in the preparation and review of various legal documents, including corporate acts, procedural documents, notifications, powers of attorney, requests, reports, and internal regulations; among others.
Specialization or experience in Public Law—with emphasis on bidding processes, administrative contracts, or the third sector—and Private Law—with emphasis on contracts or civil liability—is desirable, as well as knowledge of the Protheus system and Power BI.

The list of qualified candidates will be available on January 16th on the IMPA website, in order of ranking according to the score obtained.
