IMPA is hiring an Administrative Analyst 1.
IMPA opened this Monday (7) a public selection for Administrative Analyst 1, vacancy for people with disabilities. The duties involve monitoring and tracking activities and programs related to OBMEP. Applications will be made by sending the resume to the email vagas@impa.br , with the following subject: “Selection: Administrative Analyst 1 – vacancy for people with disabilities (OBMEP)”. To apply for this position, you must have a completed higher education degree; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; and availability for travel. Experience in administrative tasks is also desirable. Attributions such as organization; good interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; commitment; punctuality; proactivity; and communication skills will be taken into consideration.

The employment contract is a full-time, in-person position under the CLT (Brazilian labor law), Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The offered salary is R$ 3,999.62, in addition to medical and dental insurance (partial subsidy); childcare allowance; parking; meal and/or food vouchers; and transportation allowance.
The selection process includes two stages for evaluating applicants. In the recruitment phase, HR will pre-select candidates based on a review of their resumes and minimum requirements for the position. The next stage, the selection phase, involves a written test in Portuguese and an intermediate Excel test. In addition, those selected will participate in interviews with the Selection Committee.
