Psychologist : Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in psychology and active registration with the Regional Council (CRP); experience in organizing, developing, and delivering training, lectures, and workshops; experience in administering and interpreting psychological tests (interest, personality, and aptitude inventories); experience in career counseling (vocational and/or professional guidance); knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, presentations, and spreadsheets; and an intermediate level of English. The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, at IMPA Tech, located in Porto Maravalley. The salary is R$ 5,763.58; In addition to meal and/or food vouchers, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and parking. The main responsibilities of the position are: Conducting individual and group sessions, offering support to students in identifying their interests, skills, values, and career goals; using psychological assessment instruments (vocational and personality tests) ethically and responsibly, interpreting the results and providing clear and objective feedback to students; assisting students in making decisions about their careers, considering the individual, social, and labor market context; disseminating relevant information to students through lectures, workshops, and informational materials; in addition to other responsibilities.
