IMPA is hiring a coordinator.
IMPA has an open position for the role of IMPA Tech Coordinator 1. Professionals with a completed undergraduate degree in administration, psychology, human resources, or related fields are eligible to apply. To be eligible for the position, you must also have advanced English skills; prior experience coordinating internship and career development programs and vocational guidance, preferably in medium to large companies; prior experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and networking events aimed at students and the job market; experience establishing and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions and other organizations to attract and retain talent; advanced knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, as well as talent development strategies.

New orchidarium brings even more color to IMPA.
The successful candidate will be based in the Business, Careers, and Internships area of IMPA Tech. The employment contract is CLT (Brazilian labor law), in-person, with a 40-hour work week, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, in downtown Rio. The salary is R$ 9,963.66, plus meal and/or food allowance, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance, and parking.
The main responsibilities of the position are: assisting in the guidance, development, and professional integration of IMPA Tech students into the job market; promoting events, fairs, and lectures aimed at interaction between IMPA Tech, students, and the productive sector; promoting resources that assist in the process of student insertion and/or reintegration into the job market, through the dissemination of internship and trainee program opportunities; providing individual guidance to students through career planning; monitoring the employability of graduates; promoting vocational guidance, assisting students in choosing the profession best suited to their interests and skills; offering support in the preparation of resumes, in order to be more attractive and suitable to the demands of the job market; in addition to other activities.
