IMPA announces vacancies for administrative analyst and laboratory technician

IMPA opened on Monday (9) two more selection processes for the positions of administrative analyst and laboratory technician. Candidates have until March 22 to apply. Check out the prerequisites for each opportunity below.

Administrative Analyst

To take part in the selection process, the candidate must have completed higher education in administration or related areas; experience in the area of purchasing and supplies; mastery of the Office Package (Word, Power Point and Excel); experience in import processes, including negotiations with international suppliers, control and monitoring of customs processes, verification and payment of international taxes in accordance with Brazilian law.

The contracting regime is CLT, in person, from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The professional will work in the Purchasing and Warehouse sector. The salary is R$5,546.62, as well as meal and/or food vouchers, transport vouchers, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare and Total Pass.

The main duties of the position are: carrying out routine tasks in the purchasing and import area, including analysis of terms of reference and proposals; price analysis, comparative maps, equalizations and quotations, preparation and control of purchasing processes for materials and services from different areas; interaction with requesting areas and potential suppliers; negotiation with international suppliers, control and monitoring of customs processes, verification and payment of international taxes, among others.

Laboratory Technician

To take part in the selection process, candidates must have completed technical training in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or related areas; basic knowledge of Arduino, covering connection, software programming and hardware assembly; ability to assemble simple electronic circuits, using protoboards and tin soldering; experience in using measuring and testing instruments, such as oscilloscopes, function generators and power supplies.

The contracting regime is CLT, face-to-face, from 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The professional will be based in the Academic Activities sector of IMPA Tech, located in Porto Maravalley, in the port region of Rio de Janeiro. The salary is R$ 3,206.19, in addition to meal and/or food vouchers, transportation vouchers, parking, medical and dental assistance (partial subsidy), childcare assistance and Total Pass.

The main duties of the position are: Organizing and preparing the equipment and materials needed for practical classes and experiments; carrying out calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment; ensuring the proper functioning of instruments, such as oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, multimeters and sensors; drawing up instructions for use and safety for equipment; ensuring that all safety regulations are followed in the laboratory; controlling the storage and correct disposal of materials and substances, in accordance with current regulations; managing risks, preventing accidents.
