Brazil-Portugal joint meeting in Mathematics
The Brazil-Portugal joint meeting in Mathematics will take place between August 14 and 20, 2022, at Universidade Federal da Bahia, marking the bicentennial commemoration of Brazil’s independence. Taking place in Brazil’s first capital Salvador (from 1549 to 1763) the meeting celebrates the area’s growth in scientific cooperation and the independence’s anniversary, with the provision of grounds for a new stage of an even more ambitious bilateral collaboration in mathematics as a goal.
