IMPA, Rio de Janeiro, from January 2nd to January 28th

The Postdoctoral Summer Program runs from December to March and is intended for active mathematicians in research who hold a doctoral-level qualification. The objectives of this workshop are: conducting research; participating in seminars; leveraging the scientific environment of IMPA with researchers from other Brazilian and Latin American institutions; and developing scientific exchange between Brazilian and Latin American mathematicians from different institutions.

Those interested should register as soon as possible and, at the latest, by October 31, 2005.
