The 13th Brazilian Mathematics Colloquium took place in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, from July 13th to 24th, 1981. The coordinator was Professor Annibal Parracho Sant'Anna, from UFRJ. 522 participants attended, including representatives from 19 Brazilian states and 4 foreign countries.
