Colloquium on Geometry and Arithmetic, Rio de Janeiro – COLGA

Rotating colloquium between IMPA, UFRJ and UFF. The lectures will be given by local and international researchers in the fields of algebraic geometry and arithmetic.

The main objective is to stimulate the exchange of ideas and collaboration between institutions in Rio de Janeiro. The coffee break and lunch after the colloquium will provide an opportunity for discussions among participants and interaction with the speakers.

We expect a large turnout from researchers in the field. Master's and doctoral students are encouraged to participate.
